Cha Do-hyun is the Seungjin grandson who cannot be left alone in his own head. Six other people take the keys when he cannot hold them. Oh Ri-jin is a first-year psychiatrist who was supposed to stay out of the family business. He hires her in secret, which is not how residency is supposed to work. Her twin writes mysteries about men like him and is already following the car. Shin Se-gi is the one who remembers what Do-hyun will not. Ri-jin has to treat a patient she is not allowed to name.
