Lee Yeon used to keep a mountain. Now he keeps a city apartment and a contract with the office that processes the dead. When something with teeth pretends to be human, they call him. Nam Ji-ah makes television and does not let a story go, especially the one from the night her parents vanished and a stranger pulled her out of a wreck she was not supposed to survive. She keeps seeing the same man with the red umbrella. Lee Rang is Yeon's younger brother. He remembers who Yeon left the mountain for, and he has been collecting reasons to make the city pay for it.
