Kim Bok-joo lifts. That is the family business, the scholarship, and most of what she has hours for. She is a college weightlifter with a father on dialysis and a body that makes boys treat her like a teammate. Jung Joon-hyung swims, or used to, until a false start at the meet that was supposed to make him. They have known each other since they were kids who did not know how to be kind. She develops a crush on his older cousin, a doctor who runs a diet clinic, which is an awkward thing to want when your job is to put more weight on a bar. Joon-hyung is still in the next room.
