Cheon Yeo-ri goes to Si-o’s flower shop to uncover what happened. Cheon Ha-ri follows her, but when the police arrive, she escapes. The police catch Si-o’s twin, who killed his brother after being refused money to gamble.

Ha-ri films Yeo-ri at the site of the dead body and sends the footage to her mother, Director Ok, who is determined to remove Yeo-ri as CEO of the Siena Group.

Chairman Baek Gyeong-ja approves of Prosecutor Ma and instructs Yeo-ri to set the engagement party date as soon as possible, before the next Board Meeting.

Yeo-ri and Gang-uk meet at Siena Hall to discuss the ceremony. He agrees, affirming that his feelings for her are genuine because she is truly remarkable.

Gang-uk’s grandmother, Pang, wants to check Yeo-ri’s birthdate and zodiac sign. Gang-uk lies, borrowing the birthdate of Pil-dong’s wife. This makes Yeo-ri’s sign the White Sheep, and she consults a fortune teller about their compatibility. Later, she meets Gang-uk’s grandmother at Reina, and both grandmothers approve of the bond.

During dinner, Yeo-ri suspects Gang-uk will give her a ring. When he asks her to walk with him, he kneels and presents a box—only to reveal acupuncture needles instead of a ring.

It is revealed that Gang-uk received Ji-hwan’s heart after the accident, as Grandma Pang and Ji-wan’s mother were close friends at the time.

Meanwhile, Kang Min-hwan tells Yeo-ri he should have returned to Korea sooner. He insists she knows he loves her and admits he hasn’t given up. Obsessed with controlling Reina Hotels and the CL Raymond Group, he manipulates directors to gain votes. He offers to cover Director Gong’s 50-billion loan tied to a falsely claimed artwork, knowing Gong’s shares would be exchanged in return.

Chairman Baek learns that Gashin Group’s vote will decide Yeo-ri’s appointment as CEO. She urges Yeo-ri to rush the engagement so shares can be transferred to Prosecutor Ma, securing control of Reina Group. Yeo-ri realizes the same manipulations from five years ago are being repeated, now aimed at removing her as CEO.

Min-hwan’s mother recalls Ji-hwan’s yacht trip with Yeo-ri and Min-hwan twelve years earlier. Yeo-ri dreams of Ji-hwan drowning, haunted by the past.

As the engagement party begins, Yeo-ri worries about Prosecutor Ma when it starts to rain—just like the day Gi-u broke off their engagement. Min-hwan reminds her of Gi-u and confesses his love, claiming he is ready to face the ghosts. He asks what if Gang-uk doesn’t show up, offering his hand.

She runs away to the elevator, where Gang-uk appears. He gives her the rings for the ceremony. Afraid she might lose him, she is reassured when he promises to always stay by her side. They kiss.
